The electoral college: this is a body in the US that consists of delegates from different states. They are charged with the responsibility of choosing the next president of the states based on how their people voted.

How does the president-elect react to the transition?

After the declaration of Joe Biden as the winner of the Us election, reporters asked what he thought of President Trump’s refusal to concede defeat.

Responding to the question, Democrat Biden said, “I just think it’s an embarrassment, quite frankly,”

“The only thing that, how can I say this tactfully, I think it will not help the president’s legacy.”

“At the end of the day, you know, it’s all going to come to fruition on January 20,” he added.
