Simone Biles Blows Instagram’s Mind In Handstand Challenge While Removing Her Pants

Simone Biles’ mind-blowing “handstand challenge” video now sits at 1.4 million views over on her Instagram. The world’s most-decorated gymnast seemed so comfortable during her – very lengthy – handstand, she was able to focus on other things. Namely, ditching the pants. The 23-year-old athlete’s video went viral in no time, with the Ohio native’s impressive moves even garnering a like from 53-year-old Oscar winner Halle Berry.

Simone also managed to throw in some fun. Supporting her entire body weight on two palms came with some leg action from the star as she skilfully removed the pants – it was a bit fiddly, but Simone managed it. With a TV background for sound that eventually turned into people cheering Biles on, it can, however, be assumed that the video was taken prior to the gymnast social distancing amid COVID-19.

Comments proved just as humorous as the video.

Simone’s social media has been packing a punch amid the coronavirus pandemic. Three days ago, the pint-sized powerhouse posted a mind-blowing agility video of herself stretching her ripped legs out while resting on a piece of floor equipment – Simone then swung her legs up into the splits with her head hanging upside down. With over 1.7 million views, it’s fair to say that update was a hit.

A literal thirst trap also landed on the beauty’s account this month as Simone posed in an ab-flashing crop top and shorts to announce she was “working wine to five.”

As to COVID-19, Simone has reached out, also reminding fans of her proud partnership with sports giant Nike.
