According to a statement confirmed to CNN on Sunday by their spokesperson, Megan and Prince Harry, the royal couple who can also be addressed as The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are preparing to welcome their second child.
Their first son, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, turned one last May and is expected to have a brother or a sister soon as his parents are on the verge of welcoming a baby.
The couple was thrilled, and the Buckingham Palace spokesman discloses that the Queen, Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales, and the whole Royal Family are delighted and wish them well.
The couple shared a black and white picture of themselves under a tree, and the pose shows Prince Harry resting his hand on Meghan’s head as she cradles her bump.

The expected child will be eight in line to the throne.
Meghan reveals last November that she had suffered a miscarriage last July, she described the feeling as almost unbearable grief.
“We can confirm that Archie Mountbatten-Windsor is going to be a big brother,” the spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess discloses.
Misan Harriman, a close associate of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the photographer who took the white and black photo that accompanied their pregnancy announcement, tweeted: “Meg, I was there at your wedding to witness this love story begin, and my friend, I am honored to capture it grow.”
“Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on this joyous news!”
Meghan and Prince Harry were married at Windsor Castle in May 2018, and they give birth to their first child on the 6th of May 2019.

The Duke and Duchess’s expected second child is likely to be the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh’s 10th or 11th great-grandchild, which solely rests on if the baby comes before or after Zara Tindall’s baby, which is also due in 2021.
Harry and Meghan had their first meeting on a blind date set up by their mutual friend, and it took 16 months for the couple to be engaged.
The duchess was first famous for playing Rachel Zane’s role in Uthe S’s legal drama Suits, but she ended her career when she got married.
Their marriage was at Windsor Castle in May 2018, and they welcome their first son, Archie, on the 6th of May 2019.

After quitting their roles as senior working royals in March 2020, Meghan and Harry now reside in California.
