Kelly Ripa’s Teen Daughter Lola ‘Disgusted’ Over Mom’s Thirst Trap Photos Of Mark Consuelos

Kelly Ripa’s 19-year-old daughter Lola Grace Consuelos is not impressed with her mother’s “thirst trap” photos. The “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” host is set to feature in People magazine’s first ever Family Issue alongside 48-year-old husband Mark Consuelos and the couple’s three children. While the magazine has yet to hit shelves, Kelly’s Instagram has been offering sneak peek videos.

On Wednesday, Kelly updated with a video showing her and daughter Lola going through a Q&A while seated outdoors. Kelly, looking chic in a pink and white dress, was accompanied by her only daughter, and it didn’t take long for the NYU student to start shading her mom.

The first part of the video saw 49-year-old Kelly address her sass. She’s known for clapping back on social media, but wondered whether she should even be doing it.

“The one thing I learned about social media from my daughter is apparently I should not clap back. But I feel like the clap back is what people want.”

Talk then turned to those famous “thirst trap” photos Kelly posts. The star’s Instagram, followed by 2.8 million, regularly shares shirtless photos of her hunky “Riverdale” star husband. The two flirting on IG has long been a source of embarrassment for Lola, who voices her disgust fairly often. It got raised today, with a shirtless pool photo of Mark shared.

“That’s disgusting. I block that out of my mind. I forgot that you even did that. I don’t even know if I follow you on Instagram still! I’m kidding, I would never,” Lola told her mother.

Lola may joke that she doesn’t follow her mom on IG, but the regular comments would suggest she does. Earlier this year, she was grossed out when a NSFW interaction between her parents took things…. under the skirt. Dad Mark said he’s “been there.”

The People feature also sees the family reflecting on another. Lola is one of Kelly and Mark’s three children – the couple is also parents to 23-year-old Michael and 17-year-old Joaquin.

“I admire so much about you,” Lola said of her mom: “But I really admire how you’ve raised me to be a confident and hardworking woman. And I feel like you’ve taught me the importance of growing up as a woman in this world. I have an amazing example in front of my eyes of what a hardworking, amazing woman is.”

Lola herself remains fairly mysterious. The teen did unlock her Instagram towards the end of 2019, but it’s now firmly back on follow request only.
