President Donald Trump’s presidential powers would be decided on as the House of Representatives would vote on a resolution that involves Vice President Mike Pence to withdraw Donald Trump’s presidential powers.
After that, the Democrats would initiate a charge of “incitement of intersection” against Donald Trump’s alleged function in the vicious invasion on the Capitol Building.
Nancy Pelosi wrote to the US lawmakers on Sunday, the letter outline plans for a resolution to propose that Vice President Mike Pence invoke the 25th Amendment.
If Vice President Mike Pence should invoke the 25th Amendment, he would automatically become the acting US President, and Donald Trump will be removed from the White House.
In Nancy Pelosi’s letter, She said that this would be the first step and that House Democrats would then proceed with bringing impeachment legislation to the floor.

“In protecting our constitution and our democracy, we will act with urgency, because this president represents an imminent threat to both,” Ms.Pelosi said.
James Clyburn, the House whip, one of the house senior Democrat, explained to CNN that it’s very liable a vote on a resolution of impeachment against Donald Trump takes place this week, the party is likely not to forward any summaries to the senate for trial until President-elect Joe Biden’s first 109 days in office.
“Let’s give President-elect Biden the 100 days he needs to get his agenda off and running,” Mr. Clyburn said.
“That would allow Mr. Biden to confirm his new cabinet and kick-start key policies including tackling coronavirus – something that would have to wait if the Senate had already received the impeachment articles,” he concluded.
Donald Trump hasn’t made any public announcement since he was banned on Twitter and Numerous Social Media Platforms.

Donald Trump has been charged by the Democrats and several Republicans with inciting Capitol Building Violence, in which five people die.
Presently, Republican senators have said they will vote to convict him of wrongdoing in the Senate.
A second Republican senator, Pat Toomey, called for Mr. Trump to resign on Sunday.
“I think the best way for our country…. is for the president to resign and go away as soon as possible,” Sen Toomey told NBC’s Meet the Press. “I acknowledge that may not be likely, but I think that would be best.”
Donald Trump is at the risk of receiving an impeaching blow.
