DMX, The American Rapper, and Actor Dies Aged 50

DMX, the American rapper, and actor died at the age of 50. He was admitted to a hospital in White Plains, New York, late on the seventh of April after suffering from a heart attack. He died five days after suffering a heart attack.

The rapper, whose birth name was Earl Simmons, had been placed on life support before his death.

In a public article released by his family, he was described as a warrior who fought till the very end. “Earl’s music inspired countless fans across the world, and his iconic legacy will live on forever,” they said. 

 The record-breaking rapper with bark and bite DMX, aka Dark Man X, was a prominent hip-hop performer who collaborated with such artists as JAY-Z, Ja Rule, and LL Cool J. 

His alias was from a name of a drumline use for rap tracks. The chart-topping artist’s songs comprise Party Up (Up in Here) and X Gon’ Give It To Ya. He was also an actor; he performed in movies like Cradle 2 the Grave, Romeo Must Die, and Exit Wounds. 

The rapper was remembered as a man who “loved his family with all of his heart”

DMX was known as a man who loved his family with all of his heart and was born in Mount Vernon, New York, in 1970.

The American rapper publicly struggled with substance abuse for several years and use time intervals in rehab.

He gave birth to 15 children, and he serves time for charges which encompass animal cruelty, reckless driving, drug possession, and weapons possession.

DMX was reported dead on Friday at White Plains Hospital in White Plains, New York.

“He loved his family with all of his heart, and we cherish the times we spent with him,” their statement continued. “We appreciate all of the love and support during this incredibly difficult time. “Please respect our privacy as we grieve the loss of our brother, father, uncle, and the man the world knew as DMX.” 

His manager Steve Rifkind also render his condolences by writing on Instagram: “The team is going to finish what we started, and your legacy will never go away. “That’s my word. Rest Easy X”. 

His gift meant so much to so many,” tweeted actress Halle Berry. Another host of famous figures also pay their respect for the rapper and sending their condolences to his family.

Chance the Rapper, Rapper Ice Cube, Soulja Boy also sympathize with his family. Other Musicians like Charlie Puth, Burna Boy also tender their heartfelt tributes to the musician, including LeBron James and Shaquille O’Neal.

 “RIP DMX. I pray for the comfort of your children and loved ones,” the Oscar-winning actress Viola Davis Tweeted.

 “You TOUCHED so many through your MUSIC”, Missy Elliott said.

Congressman Jamaal Bowman, who represents the rapper’s hometown in New York, tweeted that he was “sending love, strength, and healing to DMX’s family”.
